What You Will Be Doing.

You will be responsible for prospecting, registering, and supporting new clients.

We are an emerging digital loyalty system that increases business market share while also supporting community groups and the planet so you can feel good about the work you’re doing. We are seeking multiple dynamic Business Development Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for prospecting suitable businesses and registering them through our website, with follow-up support to their customers to download and use our app-based loyalty system. We are an App-based system so please only apply if you are confident with your phone, installing Apps and using a computer or laptop.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities and conduct product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with current and potential customers (Client interaction)
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals
• Consistent support to all new clients in set-up and helping their customers install the customer App

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a field sales representative or similar role preferred but training provided to the right applicant.
• Strong knowledge of technology-related products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to effectively use an online dashboard portal to enter details, CRM experience preferred
• A valid driver’s license required
• Police Check required
• You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

Training:

• 1-hour free introductory online training (mandatory)
• 7 hours of training available to help set your business up (if required)

Wages:

Negotiable retainer plus commission.
