The Rewards4Earth Group of Companies works in a harmonious manner with all customers and is guided by our customers and consumer protection laws in the various states and Commonwealth Law.
We have three products Gift Cards, Marketing Services and Raffle Tickets, we shall cover the refund policy for each in this Policy.
Gift Cards – A customer can return a Gift card if the gift card has not been used within 7-days of purchase and shall be refunded the amount less all credit or debit card charges and/or fees. Used or partially used Gift Cards cannot be returned and refunds will not be issued for those cards.
Marketing Services – A customer can be refunded their marketing fees not later than 7-days after purchase less all credit and/or debit card fees and less any part of the marketing fees which have been used by Erth Point Supporters that have spent money at the business and Erth™ Points have been credited to those Supporters, their nominated CCC, the Planet and the Erth™ Ambassador network. No refunds will be issued after 7-days of purchase of any marketing fees.
Raffle Tickets – Raffle tickets purchased can be refunded within 7-days of purchase less all credit and/or debit card fees up until the day before the raffle is drawn. No refunds will be given after the raffle is drawn regardless of whether the tickets were bought within 7-days.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
