About the role:

A burgeoning Gold Coast based customer loyalty / retention system is seeking to engage a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to create and communicate the organization’s vision and mission & lead strategy development, implementation, and revision. The successful applicant will oversee the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan, helping formulate strategic objectives.
To that end, the CEO must maintain an awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.
The CEO will be collaborating with management and the small team to grow the business in the best and quickest possible way taking into consideration the minefield in which we operate which is the world of marketing and financial services products.
